把孩子生下來了,其實媽咪們還有一個迫切的事情要去做,那就是媽咪們想著怎么樣才能盡快的恢復自己身材,但我們知道,剖腹產后,本身身上就有傷口,身材是比較難恢復的,并不是你想恢復馬上就能恢復的,今天媽網整理了一套剖腹產后恢復操,只要你持之以恒,按照這個方法去做,肯定會有效果的。

剖腹產后恢復操

1、媽咪先把兩腿交替,然后舉起來,首先是要達到與身體要90度垂直,然后慢慢放下來。兩腿分別各做5次。

2.媽咪把兩臂自然的放在身體兩側。放松身體,然后屈曲抬起右腿并使其大腿盡力靠近腹部而使腿跟盡力靠近臀部。左右腿交替,各做5次。

3.之后是媽咪的的雙膝屈曲,雙臂交合抱在胸前,然后慢慢坐起成半坐位,再恢復仰臥位。

4.媽咪雙膝屈曲,雙臂上舉伸直,做仰臥起坐。

5.最后一步就是媽咪的兩腿屈向胸部,大腿與床垂直,臀抬起,胸部與床緊貼。每次持續時間可從2-3分鐘,逐漸延長到10分鐘,早晚各做一次。

雖然這套方法適合用于媽咪剛生完孩子的產后身材恢復,但剖腹產后的媽咪身體是很虛弱的,本身身上就有一個傷口了。在做運動時需注意腹部傷口,量力而行,鍛煉中以不累及傷口為準。如實在做不了產婦可在床上進行產后恢復體操鍛煉,不需要快恢復,一切量力而行就好。
